The breakfast options are outstanding, with delicious pastries and eggs. the staff is very friendly and welcoming. - the resort is located in a stunning area near a fantastic restaurant with fabulous service and food, as well as a beautiful beach and ocean view.

Everything was really good, lovely location on the spectacular coastline, the staff were attentive. Location: the hotel was near the quiet beach. The room was brand-new with a very clean bed and a very comfy bathroom. Plus it had unbelievable view of the sea;)))

I had a very peaceful stay on a Saturday at 2 pm. I loved the way our well-decorated and affordable villa with a beautiful view was arranged. - Most of the staff were attentive and efficient. - the location was peaceful on the cliff above the wild ocean.

Our stay at Castaways Resort was absolutely fantastic! We were a family of 7 adults and 4 children celebrating my 60th birthday, and the villa provided enough space for all of us to stay close together. The facilities were amazing, with a nice chalet and an open plan sitting area that offered beautiful views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everyone loved the amazing shower. We were surprised by how well-equipped the kitchen and laundry were. The spa and restaurant were also great, and the wifi worked really well. I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a truly memorable stay at the beautiful Castaways Resort. The stunning location right by the beach offered breathtaking views of the Tasman sea as the sun set in the west. The well-appointed unit I stayed in had amazing sea views and the sound of the waves was absolutely magical. It was definitely worth the drive from Auckland to experience this part of natural New Zealand. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable and scenic getaway.

The beautiful view from the room and the good location near the beach were nice. the coffee served at the restaurant was excellent too.

The wellness center and the sport activities advertised were closed during Christmas, but this wasn't specified before we booked, which was very disappointing. the cleanliness could have been better, as the room wasn't dust-free and had moths flying about.
